ADJUDON engages the following sub-processors to provide our compliance platform. All sub-processors are bound by data processing agreements with obligations equivalent to those in our DPA.

Render Services, Inc.
Purpose
Backend application hosting for the ADJUDON API (Confidence Engine, Policy Engine, Audit Log). Compute and runtime; region EU (Frankfurt).
International Transfers
No transfer outside EEA.
MongoDB Atlas (MongoDB Inc.)
Purpose
Managed database for trace storage, audit logs, customer metadata. EU-only data residency.
International Transfers
No transfer outside EEA.
Stripe Inc.
Purpose
Payment processing, subscription management, invoices. Billing data only; no Customer trace data. Stripe Ireland Ltd. under EU GDPR; US entity SCCs.

OpenAI, LLC
Purpose
Embedding API for Vector Memory. Trace text sent for embeddings; no training on Customer Data.

Hosting for dashboard and marketing site. Request metadata only; no Customer trace data.

All sub-processors use Customer Data only as necessary to provide the ADJUDON service. Sub-processors do not use Customer Data for their own purposes, training, or advertising.
