SOC 2 Type II
In progress. We are committed to completing the SOC 2 Type II audit as we scale our enterprise customer base. Enterprise customers can request a pre-audit security questionnaire (VSA) today.
EU Data Residency (Frankfurt)
All data processing and storage occurs exclusively on servers in Frankfurt, Germany. Customer data never leaves the EU. No exceptions.
AES-256 / TLS 1.3
All trace data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit via TLS 1.3. Key rotation is automated. No unencrypted data at any point in the pipeline.
SHA-256 Hash Chain
Every audit log entry is cryptographically chained. Tampering with any entry invalidates the chain and is immediately detectable via the verification API.
Zero Training Policy
Customer data — trace payloads, prompts, model outputs, metadata — is never used to train or improve any model. This is contractual, absolute, and applies to all employees and sub-processors.
DPA Standard
A Data Processing Agreement under GDPR Art. 28 is available for all paid plans and included by default for Enterprise. Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) are available for any sub-processor data flows outside the EEA.

Common questions from enterprise security and compliance teams
Currently, ADJUDON is offered as managed SaaS on EU infrastructure (Frankfurt). Dedicated single-tenant clusters are available for Enterprise tier customers, providing full compute and storage isolation. Full BYOC (Bring Your Own Cloud) deployment is on the 2027 roadmap. If on-premise is a hard requirement today, contact our sales team to discuss interim options.
The SLA covers availability of the Confidence Engine API endpoint — the POST /api/traces route that your agents call for every decision. It is financially backed: if we miss the target in a billing period, you receive service credits per the Enterprise agreement. Our SDKs enforce fail-open by default — if ADJUDON is unreachable, your agents continue operating without interruption.
We start with a scoping call to identify the right workflow and compliance requirements. A dedicated solutions engineer then guides your team through a 14-day integration. You use your real agents, your real data, and your real policies. At the end of the PoC, you receive a written assessment with latency benchmarks, compliance coverage mapping, and a production rollout plan.
All data is processed and stored exclusively in Frankfurt, Germany (EU). We use MongoDB Atlas on AWS eu-central-1 for trace storage and Render (EU) for application hosting. Customer data never leaves the EU. Sub-processors are listed at adjudon.com/legal/subprocessors, and all are bound by DPA-equivalent obligations.
